• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

• To respond to enquiries and provide proposals you request.
• To assess job applications.
• To keep our website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your data based on your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or for our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. We also handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you — for example our hosting provider, form-handling service (Netlify Forms) and email provider — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, and job applications for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use only what is technically necessary to display the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
